Returns & reprints

If something feels off, let’s look at it carefully.

Print is made to order, so the right next step depends on whether the issue is with the finished goods, the supplied artwork, or a change of mind.

Proposed guidance

Made-to-order print needs a fair review.

Custom printed goods are created for a specific request, so a return is not automatically available when the item was produced correctly and matches the approved artwork. If you need to change or cancel a request, raise it as early as possible because production status matters.

If an item is damaged, materially different from what was approved, or affected by a production issue, keep the packaging and document the problem with clear photos. The order details and a short description will help determine the next step.

A useful issue report includes:

  • What you ordered and the quantity affected
  • What you expected compared with what arrived
  • Clear photos of the issue and outer packaging
  • Whether the items are needed for a particular date

These guidelines are proposed and require confirmation with the final fulfilment process.

Product details, pricing, fulfilment, and ordering connections are shown separately and may require confirmation.
